Andrew Amevor is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Grace Khid Real Estate, a modern Ghanaian real estate company established to provide clients with trusted guidance, comprehensive property services and a refined experience from the first conversation to the final handover.
Born in Kadjebi in Ghana's Oti Region, Andrew's story is rooted in determination, discipline and the belief that a person's background should never limit the scale of their vision. He attended Kadjebi R.C. Junior High School, continued his secondary education at Bueman Senior High School, and later pursued university education at Ghana Telecom University.
His interest in real estate grew from a genuine appreciation for luxury buildings, thoughtful architecture and the powerful role that property plays in the lives of individuals, families and investors. He saw that clients needed more than property advertisements. They needed honest advice, dependable professionals and one trusted company capable of coordinating the many stages of the real estate journey.
That insight became the foundation of Grace Khid Real Estate in 2026. Andrew founded the company with a clear purpose: to help people find, design, verify, build and manage the properties that represent their dreams, investments and future security.
Under his leadership, Grace Khid Real Estate brings together property sales, rentals, land services, architectural design, building plans, surveying, engineering expertise, construction, interiors, property management, consultation and investment guidance under one coordinated brand.
Andrew's ambition is not simply to build a successful company. His long-term goal is to establish Grace Khid Real Estate as one of the world's most respected real estate brands—known for legitimate service, innovation, professionalism, client care and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.
